Stevenson quote 4

Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant. ~Robert Louis Stevenson~ (click to tweet)

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. ~II Corinthians 9:6~

But the seed that fell on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop. ~Luke 8:15~

Photo Backstory: Here’s the lake at Camp Iroquoina in Hallstead, PA, where my students & I spent half of last week. I soaked in many lovely sights, and my coworkers were kind & left me at the lodge with a book and hot chocolate during the Mission Impossible game—which the kids played at night in the rain & mud! But best of all, I spent some valuable downtime with my students, playing Scrabble, taking walks, and chatting about all our favorite things. What seeds have you been planting lately, friends?

  8. Renee, talking about seed sowing is timely, and your photo is so beautiful with the Autumn orange against the green. I, too, love to write inspirational fiction. I’m working on a number of projects at the moment, and one is a reconstructed biography of my great aunt.

    Blessings for an inspirational day,
