Man’s best dreams

God can do anything, you know.
Far more than you could ever
Imagine
or Guess
or Request
In your Wildest Dreams.

~Ephesians 3:20, The Message~

Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared
For those who love Him.

~I Corinthians 2:9~

“For I know the plans I have for you,”
declares the Lord,
“Plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
Plans to give you hope and a future.”

~Jeremiah 29:11~

This week I’m linking up with Word-filled Wednesday, Still Saturday, Fresh Brewed Sundays, Scripture and a Snapshot, and The Sunday Community.

**Photo backstory: Though I enhanced with Pixlr-o-matic and PicMonkey, my nephew snapped this great iPhone pic of Ocean City, New Jersey. And today’s his 12th birthday. Happy Birthday, Bailey!

I attended the online Saddleback Church service today to hear Nick Vujicic. His words truly touched my heart. I can not believe how emotional I still am.
“If I fail, I try again, again, and again.. If you fail, are you going to try again? If you can’t get miracle, become one”. Nick Vujicic

  13. Such promise in the words you shared here, Renee!! My first time visiting from S&S! Love that image, as well! My ‘old’ phone is about met it’s last days and I’m thinking of getting an iPhone. I was curious as to how the camera would work in one, and now I know! This is a beautiful image! I also love using those online editing programs … you did a great job!! Have a blessed week, and enjoy the holiday tomorrow! Blessings to you!!

    • Thanks for your kind and encouraging words, Deborah. Your own blog is lovely–especially that beautiful header. And I appreciate the Scriptures you shared in your post . . . I love my iPhone camera and use it all the time now. Maybe not so much for portraits but most other scenes work well . . . Just wondering, do you share your photos and crafts on Pinterest? . . . Blessings!

  14. Yes. I find that when HE drops dreams into my life, HE has the purpose and HE will bring it to pass. When it’s “my” thoughts… UH, UH… much less heart-filled, God-filled.

    Thanks.

  15. Vintage feel of aged snapshots from our youth paired with the promises of God which are ageless. Most enjoyable.

  16. Thanks for sharing your thoughts here, Joanne and Lisa. I appreciate the uplifting words you posted on your own sites, also. Blessings!
